Last BABEL Lab meeting of the academic semester and 2024-2025 school year!

✨Team work makes the dream work ✨ We’ve officially had our last lab meeting of the academic semester and 2024-2025 school year. It has been an absolutely amazing year in the lab with many of our projects and initiatives taking off the ground. 🚀 From PUENTE to VAMOSS to Diversity in SLP to Bilingualism in the borderlands, to many new collaborations and projects, it has been a whirlwind that couldn’t have possibly worked without the important contributions of all the BABEL Lab team (including @camilaicastillo_ and @iisaaciius , not pictured here). We are eager to continue our ongoing projects and to see all our graduating students beginning a new chapter in their lives 🤩

Despite much uncertainty, external pressures, and many valid concerns, nothing will stop or change the mission, vision, and values of the BABEL Lab. This is our purpose and we will continue to do this important work. ✊🏽
