BABEL Lab at Pueblo High School Science Night!

At Science Night yesterday, the BABEL Lab connected language, learning, and the brain to real pathways! 🧠 ✨

Our stellar team of undergraduate researchers ✨ @marianna.g.martinez @minhcraft_ and @ava.haga ✨ brought the science of bilingualism to life, showing local students in the borderlands how powerful it is to be bilingual and how their language already shapes how they learn, think, and communicate! They also made something clear 👉🏽 these skills are sorely needed in fields like speech-language pathology and audiology, where bilingual and bicultural professionals are underrepresented and too many communities like ours still lack access to care in their own language. 🗣️
