Día del Niño / Children’s Day festival!

The BABEL Lab thrives thanks to the amazing research assistants that support the ongoing efforts and community building in the lab! ✨ Today, we got to spend our day at the Día del Nino / Children’s Day festival, where we talked about who we are and what we do in the lab as a resource to the community, shared resources to support bilingual development, combated misconceptions about bilingualism, and promoted the field of speech-language pathology/audiology! We even had a returning parent who spoke with us last year about how to best support their child! 🥳
